By accessing or using the Cali Companion Kitties website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Website Information

The information provided on this website is intended for general informational purposes regarding Cali Companion Kitties, our cats, available and upcoming kittens, our application process, and related services.

We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and current; however, kitten availability, planned litters, pricing, timelines, and other information may change without notice.

Kitten Applications

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval, reserve a kitten, or establish a position in the Cali Companion Kitties selection queue.

Applications are reviewed individually. Cali Companion Kitties reserves the right to approve or decline an application based on the suitability of the placement and the best interests of our kittens.

Reservation Fee

Once an application has been approved, a $500 Non-Refundable Reservation Fee is required to reserve a place in the Cali Companion Kitties selection queue.

Queue position is determined by the order in which Reservation Fees are received.

The $500 Reservation Fee is credited toward the purchase price of the selected kitten and is non-refundable once the reservation has been confirmed.

If an applicant is unable to select a kitten from the intended litter, the Reservation Fee may be transferred one time to another litter within one year, subject to availability.

Payment of the Reservation Fee constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of these Reservation Fee terms.

Kitten Availability and Selection

Kitten availability is not guaranteed. Placement and selection may depend upon availability, reservation order, temperament, suitability, and the needs of both the kitten and prospective home.

Information and photographs appearing on the website do not constitute a guarantee that a particular kitten will remain available.

Purchase Agreements

The purchase or placement of a kitten may be subject to a separate written purchase agreement or contract provided by Cali Companion Kitties.

If the terms of a signed kitten purchase agreement conflict with general information provided on this website, the terms of the signed agreement will govern the kitten purchase.

Unless otherwise indicated, photographs, graphics, logos, written content, and other original materials appearing on this website are the property of Cali Companion Kitties and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without permission.
